These terms govern your use of 2amstudiodesign.com and the services offered by 2am Studio ("we", "our"). By using the website, requesting a consultation or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

2am Studio offers interior design consultations, design packages and project management services for children's and family spaces. A booking made via the website is a request; a service is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation.

2. Consultations

• Consultations are hosted on Google Meet at the time you selected.
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance by email.
• We reserve the right to reschedule a session in case of force majeure.

3. Fees & payment

Prices for paid services are agreed in writing before the engagement starts. Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Prices are exclusive of any applicable Swiss VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, images, projects, drawings) is the property of 2am Studio and protected by copyright. Deliverables shared during a project remain the intellectual property of 2am Studio unless a written transfer of rights has been agreed.

5. Website use

You agree not to misuse the website (e.g. attempting to bypass security, scraping, spam form submissions). We may suspend access in case of abuse.

6. Liability

The website content is provided "as is" and for informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, 2am Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
